For the past two years, your son, Elder Guthrie, has been faithfully serving in the Italy Milan Mission, teaching the gospel to the Italian people. The time is approaching for him to return home and begin a new phase of his life.
Elder Guthrie entered Italy on 25 Jun 2014, and served in the cities Cimiano, Gorizia, Pisa, Modena, Pordenone, Mestre and Brescia.
Elder Guthrie has represented the Church and the Lord well. I understand the importance of his personal progress and pray for his success as he returns home. Please help him to keep the wonderful patterns that he has developed as a missionary, so that they may become habits for his life.
We express our deepest gratitude for the missionary labors of Elder Guthrie here in Italy. We would like to thank you for your great contribution in rearing and training your son to serve the Lord, and for your sacrifice, love and support to him during him mission.
