Week 76

Hello my peoples, my peoples. Emails are getting harder and harder to write. Sorry :)

Let's see... This week. We drove all the way down to Rimini and then to Bologna and then back to Mestre for scambi. That was a solid 4-5 hours of driving.... Wasn't that just fantastic? Answer. No. No it wasn't. I was totally pooped. That night and the next day I stayed in Bologna and that night we had a going away party for a family in Bologna. I was sooooooo tired during that party. We went home and I was knocked out for the night. Then the next day we had a full day of service. We left at 8 in the morning and we were out doing service at various members' homes until about 6 PM when we met back up with our companions to rescambio. So that was a long day of carrying tons of wood and various house appliances.

This past Sunday, we were invited to sing as a small choir group at this meeting of all the Christian churches in the Venice area. Well we sang after this meeting and this other legit gospel choir sang during the actual service. They were crazy good. At the end they sang that super famous song from Rent which name is not coming to my head.... 525600 minutes blah blah blah... That one. They were super good though. Stereotypical gospel choir sound being all upbeat and such. It was incredible. Then we sang after and it was less incredible hahaha. But it was a fun experience.

Yeah besides that we've been planning a sweet Halloween party for this Saturday. We've got lots of candies and various american things for the party and it's gonna be a blast. We've got all your generic fall festival games planned so we hope everyone likes it. It should be pretty good. My companion and I were going to do Mario and Luigi since it's Italy and all. But we decided we should probably still look as much like missionaries as possible because people's friends will be coming and we don't want their first impression of missionaries to be that hahah. Maybe their second could be that though hahaha

Yeah that's about it from this week. This is a picture at the end of a place where we did service. It was beautiful.

And some nachos we made :)

Hope you all have a sweet week! Love you all!
Do great things today.
