Week 52. That's one year!

Hey everyone. So yeah, it's been a year now. I went into the MTC a year ago, tomorrow. Pretty crazy. So yeah, this past Sunday was Mother's Day and I got to Skype the family.

The Stripling Warriors.
47 Now they never had fought, yet they did not feardeath; and they did think more upon the liberty of theirfathers than they did upon their lives; yea, they had beentaught by their mothers, that if they did not doubt, Godwould deliver them.
48 And they rehearsed unto me the words of theirmothers, saying: We do not doubt our mothers knew it.

That is how my mother taught me, that if I would not doubt, God would deliver me. I know without a doubt that is true because of all my mother has taught me. She's the best.

There's not really a lot to share from this week. So we'll go with something random from lds.org.

 

Life is too valuable an experience to rush. That is so so true. We have a lot to do in this life, but we don't have to rush it.

Proverbs 28:20
20 A faithful man shall abound with blessings: but he that maketh haste to be rich shall not be innocent.

Don't make haste to be rich. And that's not just speaking of money, but all temporal things. Be a faithful man or woman and you shall abound in blessings. Seek ye after the Kingdom of Heaven. Always seek, hunger, and thirst after those spiritual things. Those are the things you will bring with you after this life, so they are the important things. Remember who you are, your potential. You are a child of God. Remember that and remember what you need to do here. Keep your eye single to the glory of God, locked on the Celestial Kingdom and you'll see miracles happen.
